Banque du Caire provides distinguished banking services through the Customer Service Center that enables you to carry out numerous banking transactions with full confidentiality and privacy 24 hours a day inside the Arab Republic of Egypt and abroad through the banking voice service system as well as through a group of efficient officers of the Customer Service Department.

 

First : Services Provided through the Voice Service System (Automatic Reply Services)

 

Account Services :

 

* Balance inquiry

* Inquiring about the last 5 transactions carried out in the account.

* Transfer among accounts.

* Account statement request

* Cheque book request

* Changing the password

 

Payments Settlement Services :

 

* Settlement of the Visa Card bills.

Second : Services Provided through the Officers of the Customer Service Department (Personal Reply Services)

Serving our customers is our primary target, and the respect of their privacy is an important matter to us. Our duty is to maintain the confidentiality of any information related to their banking transactions; accordingly, in order to avoid any errors that could occur, we would appreciate observing the following :

 

* Cooperating with the Customer Service Officers in order to verify some personal data concerning you.

* Not to disclose (give) the PIN to any person even if he was a relative, a friend or one of the staff of Banque du Caire.

* Avoid writing the PIN on any of your papers and  memorizing it.

* Selecting a PIN that could not be expected and avoid your personal numbers such as the telephone number and the date of birth.

* Avoiding the selection of ascending numbers or (1234) or Repetitive ones (4444).

* We always advise to change the PIN from time to time regularly.

* Not to depend on third party in executing your banking transactions.
