BDC announces the addition of a new service to its customers allowing them to access the bank services through an automated way between customer and the machine via a card designed for this purpose with a special pin code, This service is available 24h/day and 7days/week including holidays.

Services offered by this system

  1. Fast withdrawal (set by 50 L.E).
  2. Normal withdrawal (Set by customer).
  3. Cash deposit.
  4. Transformation between accounts (same branch).
  5. Deposit of checks for raising.
  6. Printed inquries about account.
  7. Printout of a brief account statement containing the last 10 transactions.
  8. Request for account statement sent later via mail.
  9. Applying customers orders (written in an envelope with identical signature) together with the facility of changing the PIN code.

    10. These services are offered through the ATM machines spread all over Egypt & which are connected with a huge network of different branches.

    How to obtain an ATM card?

    1. The customer fills & signs an order form for ATM card at the branch he deals with.
    2. The card is then generated containing the customer's data via the ATM dept. in the bank which in turn produces the PIN code in a sealed envelope opened only by customer for security.
    3. The branch then delivers the envelope to the customer with the PIN code inside and trains him how to use the system.
