Engaz loan for Very Small Enterprises

Fast and Simple lending scoring product, approved and booked within 7 working days with no need for submission of audited financial statements, targeting manufactures, service providers and traders.

Purpose	Finance company’s working capital needs
Eligibility	Annual Sales turnover from 1M to 20M Company’s activity is minimum 1 year in business
Loan Amount	New clients: Up to EGP 2 million maximum. Top-up: Up to EGP 3 million.
Loan Tenor	New clients: Up to 48 months. Top-up and renewal: Up to 60 months.
Basic Required Documents	Company contract. Company owners valid IDs. Recent commercial register. Valid tax card. Activity licenses Other documents according to business activity.

Small Enterprises Lending Program

SE program offers a wide range of financial products including overdrafts, medium term loans, letters of credit (LCs) and letter of Guarantees serving industrial and non-industrial sectors.

Purpose	To finance working capital needs and/or capital expenditure.
Eligibility	Annual sales turnover from 1M to 50M. The company’s years in business are not less than 3 years.
Loan Amount	New clients: up to EGP 7 million. Top-up: up to EGP 10 million.
Loan Tenor	Short term facilities (OVDs, STLs): up to 12 months. Medium term facilities: up to 5 years.
Basic Required Documents	Recent commercial registration (not exceeding 3 months). A copy of a valid tax card. A copy of a valid national ID for owners. A copy of the company's contract and its summary and any. Last 3 audited Financial statements + 6 months’ interim. Recent Tax. And insurance payment receipts. Other documents according to business activity.

CBE Initiatives

5% simple decreasing annual rate (all-inclusive) for small enterprises to ﬁnance working capital needs and/or capital expenditure.
15% decreasing annual rate for enterprises operating in the field of Manufacturing, Agricultural Production and Renewable Energy to ﬁnance working capital needs and/or capital expenditure.
Eligible companies are:
- Large and Medium Enterprises.
- Small Enterprises related to medium or large Enterprises.
- Factories operating in free zone.

Basic Required Documents for SME Financial Products	Recent commercial register (not to exceed 3 months). A copy of a valid tax card. A copy of a valid national ID card for signatories and shareholders. Activity Licenses. Three recent financial statements. Other needed documents for the credit study(if any).
