Overview

In accordance with the tendency to the diverse bank’s transactions, BdC’s Investment Trustees division introduced several non-traditional services, mainly

• Marketing and selling of assets whether land or real-estate (residential/ administrative) on behalf of customers, either by direct marketing, holding auctions, as well as through BdC’s real-estate site click here.
• Issuing bank deposit certificates for establishing companies, completing or increasing their capital (shareholding/ limited shares/ limited liability/ one person).
• Carrying out all procedures of establishing and promoting new companies.
• Holding the clients’ contracts and ownership documents.
• Preparing assets, machinery and equipment’s valuations for the division’s clients through professional technical offices.
• Selling goods and real estates that are mortgaged to the bank.
• E-booking of projects assigned to Investment Trustees division through BdC’s real-estate portal click here.
• Providing financial services and consults to the bank's clients in account of assets’ purchase/ sale/ evaluation, or establishing companies, all this within the limits of the division's expertise and purview.
