Business Continuity Policy Statement
The primary goal of Banque du Caire is to continually provide banking and financial services from critical business units' operations. Banque du Caire is fully committed to being able and ready to deal with any adverse incidents and impacts that should disrupt our business operations and consequently affect our clients . Banque du Caire has established and maintain a business continuity management system aiming to continually improve our bank business continuity readiness, resilience, and performance, while offering our customers a safe, effective, and professional service.
By being ISO 22301 certified, BdC demonstrates its commitment to business continuity management and has implemented a robust system to ensure the continuity of its operations in the face of disruptions by developing a comprehensive business continuity plan that covers critical operations, implementing procedures to mitigate and manage those risks and maintaining a continuous improvement process to ensure the effectiveness of its BCMS.
Business Continuity is one of the cornerstones of Banque du Caire’s culture and is considered a personal responsibility of all employees. To maintain our performance of all business units at the highest level, the following aims are pursued:
- To cultivate and maintain the commitment to satisfy applicable requirements and to continually improve and communicate our BC goals and objectives to every employee.
- To promote an environment where all employees are trained in their BC responsibilities and are provided with the resources required to proceed in a safe and efficient fashion in the event of an incident.
- To furnish a system of policies which are periodically reviewed to ensure the ability of all groups to perform their BC responsibilities effectively.
